The Many Services We Perform

I’m so excited to see our business taking off and I want to thank each of you who has provided us with referrals and testimonials from the bottom of my heart. Your kind words have been wonderful and much appreciated!

When people visit the services pages on our website they’re often astounded at the long list of services, chores and tasks we can perform for busy families and small businesses.

Over just the past few months we’ve driven clients to Logan Airport and back; checked in weekly on a lovely lady who needs a little help with activities of living; walked a very friendly dog; done grocery shopping for a very nice family; cleaned an entire medical office each week; cleaned several residences weekly and organized some garages and basements.

People talk about the “45 second elevator pitch” that you’re supposed to have ready when someone new asks, “So what do you do?”

I tell them: “We perform errands, and serve as a concierge for busy families and small businesses, saving them time and stress. We can do pretty much anything that you can do for yourself, except now you don’t have to!”

If they’re interested for more, I say, “Imagine if an imaginary family member or employee suddenly materialized and was willing to tackle everything on your “to do” list. How much easier would that
make your life? The only difference is, that we’re not imaginary!”

PROBLEMS
Scenario #1: Imagine that your home washing machine just broke, the kids’ dirty clothes are piling up, and you need to get it fixed, pronto! How are you going to arrange to meet the repair person when you work 40 hours a week (with a part-time job on the weekend), and they don’t do evening repairs?

Scenario #2: You’ve been putting off servicing your car because you’ve been so busy. Now annual inspection is approaching and that dashboard warning light is still lit! How on earth are you going to find the time to take it to the repair shop or dealer, then wait for it… or have to come back and pick it up later?

SOLUTIONS
Call Liberty! We’ll come pick your car up right in your driveway or place of business, take it to the dealership, wait for it to be repaired (if expected to be fairly quick), or come back later and pick it up when it’s ready. Then we’ll drive it back to where we found it. And if there are any important repair details for you to know about, we’ll be sure to let you know.
We can even schedule the repair appointment itself! Maybe you’d like us to take your car to be vacuumed and detailed and run through a brushless carwash? Or get the oil changed? We’ll take it to Valvoline (or your choice of service facility) and get it taken care of, no problem.
